things on christmas ... wahaha

Christmas was not an original Christian celebration....it was a pagan one( Druidic or Wicca?), so were Christmas trees, mistletoes and what-have-you. Even the Northstar, the symbol of the divine feminine was used as the guiding light that led ther Three Magis to the stable.

Likewise the Santa Claus we know today is an American invention by that beverage manufacturer Coca Cola.....the red attire is exactly Coke red to promote the corporate image....St. Nicolaus was Turkish, so if we depict him factually, he would have been attired in a turban and would have been mistakened for a terrorist by a lot of Americans.

The lord Jesus was not born on the 25th of December.....but some where during may

To promote Chritianity, the Romans under Constantine took lock, stock and barrel of any religious festivity and celebrations and adopted them under Christian practices ( which was still forming then). By doing so, it was easy for non-believers to be assimilated or accept the new Christian religion, being that their tradition has been absorbed...except now, the old gods and deities took the new forms of the Christian divine hierachy and saints. So Christmas, All Souls day and a host of other cleebrations were not originally Christian affairs.

Christmas today is "a symbol" of peace and goodwill.....think of it that way and not historically. There are a lo of pretensions and fakery if you follow the latter, so again, it is faith by the heart and not by the mind that you must follow.

Anyway,...today is what counts, and what Christmas symbolises to a lot of people. It has metamorphosed from something questionable to something that is believed irregardless.
